We are a comfortable B&B in a quiet road in Southgate, conveniently located for the West End and tourist attractions.

We supply all the linens and soap. There are continental electrical adaptors, TV/DVD, hair dryers, tea/coffee facilities, clock/radios and wireless connection for your Laptop computer.

A full hearty cooked breakfast made from locally supplied produce when available is included in the tariff and is served in our dining room. There is also a large selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, tea, coffee and toast. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.

We are only a 10 minute walk from the Southgate Tube Station, on the Piccadilly line, which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes. The trains run regularly every few minutes from 5.30 in the morning to 12.30 at night. This location is very convenient to access from all London airports.
