We are situated near the Caledonian Canal and the Great Glen Walk on the A82 four miles South of Fort Augustus and Loch Ness. All rooms are en-suite and tastefully furnished in our converted and extended 200 year old centrally heated croft. Fabulous views over the Great Glen and beyond and ample private parking. Hospitality tray, colour TV and hairdryer in every room. Disabled access. Guest’s lounge with TV, video and music centre. Spend cosy winter evenings sat by the wood burning stove.

Triple, Double and Twin. Premier with king size bed, dressing room en-suite shower room. Family rooms have full private bathrooms. Guest in the Lodge have their own entrance key.

SELF CATERING APARTMENT
Sleeps 6/8 and has a separate entrance.

CHALET
For holiday or LONG LET self catering, sleeps 6/8 [1 double room + 1 twin room + 1 twin bunk] and a bed settee in the lounge. A lounge/diner with cooker, fridge, etc.
THE THISTLE STOP RESTAURANT, TEAROOM AND GIFT SHOP serves ALL DAY BREAKFAST and DAILY SPECIALS.
HOME MADE cakes, scones and biscuits and freshly prepared hot and cold sandwiches and snacks, drinks, etc.
EVENING MEALS and PACKED LUNCHES by arrangement.

Seven tastefully decorated and furnished en-suite rooms. Triple, Double and Twin rooms. Our Premier room has a king size Burmese teak and wrought iron bed and dressing room with en-suite shower. Family rooms having full bathrooms. Most have beautiful views over the Great Glen and beyond. Each room has a hospitality tray, colour remote TV and hairdryer.

The resident’s lounge benefits from the panoramic Great Glen views and has a colour TV, video and music centre. The wood burning stove is lit during the cold evenings when you can cosy down with a book or video from our library.

There is a pay ‘phone in the lounge, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer an ironing board and iron. There is ample private parking for cars and a garage for bikes and motorcycles. Dogs can be housed in the kennel. Mountain bikes are available for hire at reasonable rates.

ALL DAY BREAKFAST and DAILY SPECIALS are served in THE THISTLE STOP RESTAURANT, TEAROOM & GIFT SHOP adjacent.

The SELF CATERING APARTMENT is completely self contained and has its own entrance. The fully fitted kitchen/diner includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, full size fridge and freezer. It has a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD and video, a double bed settee and a large bedroom with double and two single beds with beautiful views over the Great Glen and beyond.

THE CHALET has accommodation for 6/8 people with 1 double room + 1 twin room + 1 twin bunks and a bed settee in the lounge. It has a kitchen/diner with cooker and fridge a lounge with TV and VCR, panel heating and an electric fire a bathroom with hip bath and shower over. It could also be booked on LONG LET. All linen, crockery, etc., are provided.
