Welcome to Peterwell House, a 19th century estate managers house, 5 minutes walk from the university and market town of Lampeter in Ceredigion, West Wales.

Whether you are planning to visit your offspring at the university, attend a course, work in the area or enjoy the beautiful Ceredigion countryside, you are guaranteed a warm welcome here.

We can offer you fantastic views, a warm welcome and a choice of accommodation on a room only or continental B&B basis.

VALLEY VIEW (Sleeps 2 – Twin Bed or King Size Bed)

Valley View is a ground floor self contained annex, with its own private access. It has:

 spectacular views over the Teifi Valley
 living room with television / video
 fully equipped kitchen
 twin / king size bedroom
 en-suite shower room

The annex can be hired on a self catering basis for £50.00 per night, Continental breakfast provisions can be provided at an additional £5.00 per person per night.


THE BLUE ROOM (Sleeps 2 – Double Bed)

The Blue Room is in the main house (which is our home). It has:

 spectacular views over the Teifi Valley
 tea / coffee making facilities
 four poster bed
 en-suite bathroom with over bath shower
 television

The room can be hired on a room only basis for £50.00 per night, Continental breakfast can be provided at an additional £5.00 per person per night.

THE PEBBLE ROOM (Sleeps 2 – Twin / King Size Bed)

The Pebble Room is in the main house (which is our home). It has:

 spectacular views over the Teifi Valley
 tea / coffee making facilities
 twin / king size bed
 en-suite shower room
 television

The room can be hired on a room only basis from £50.00 per night, Continental breakfast can be provided at an additional £5.00 per person per night.
